Booking Notice
We understand that life happens. If you expect to be more than 5 minuets late your appointment please let us know.Anything beyond 10 minuets late may result in a change in your service, typically a change in styling.
After 15 minuets without contact or 20 minuets from appointment time with contact we reserve the right to consider your appointment a No-Show Or change the booked services to accommodate the remaining appointment time.We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a timely schedule for all of our guests
Late arrival Notice
Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. If you must cancel or reschedule your upcoming appointment, we respectfully request 48 hours notice. Cancellations or missed appointments without 48hour notice will result in a charge of 50% of the service booked.
We understand that on rare occasions true emergencies may arise and when appropriate corresponding actions may occur according to our discretion.We appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain available appointment times for all who desire them.
Cancelation Notice
No Show Notice
All appointments have a 15 minuet late arrival grace period. After 15 minuets with no contact the appointment is considered a No-show appointment.No-show appointments will result in a 50% charge for the missed service.
A second occurrence , if allowed, will result in a 100% charge for the missed service.We reserve the right to terminate booking PRIVILEGES for any guests who No-shows.
Redo-Refund Notice
In the event that there is anything that you are unsatisfied with, excluding styling complaints, complimentary adjustments are offered within 7 days of the original appointment.Refunds are not offered.
Deposits for your extension service not only reserve your spot for your service but is also used to purchase the extensions.All extension services are CUSTOMIZED for each guest. If you change your mind on when you want your extensions installed you are more than welcome to pick up your extensions but no refunds will be given.There is no event where a rfund will be issued for extension deposits or services.
Extension Deposit Notice
All extension or wigs that were not purchased directly from us are not elligible for any refunds or replacements due to damages toany parts of the exention or unit, included but not limited to the hair, wig, weft, cap. lace or attachment points.
We take full pride in servicing foreign extensions to the best of our ability but because they aren’t ours we cannot guarantee its quality or ability to withstand any of our services. You do so at your own risk.
